Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) unless additional shipping is requested.

All orders must include a physical shipping address (Route or Street Address).

USPS cannot accept a Post Office Box number.

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

This is done to ensure fairness to everyone.

All of our orders are considered rush orders and are sent as soon as possible.

We pride ourselves on prompt shipment.

We are required by USPS to differentiate your shipment with respect to Residential or Commercial delivery addresses. If your package is delivered to your home (the address where you actually reside), you will be charged the residential rate. This rate is higher for the total cost of the package (per box) as compared to the commercial rate. This affects all USPS service levels.

Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of your order.

Any item noted Oversize will incur additional freight charges. Some, but not all items are noted.

Insurance coverage: The first $100.00 of value is free. Orders with a value of $100.01 or above will incur a $2.70 minimum charge and an additional $.90 per $100.00 of value.

USPS freight charges are subject to increase without notice.

FREE UPS basic ground freight for orders totaling $1,000.00 or more. Continental U.S. only.

You will not be charged freight (exception for air packages) or insurance if your order total exceeds $1,000.00.

Out of stock and/or Backordered items do not count toward free shipping total.

There is an additional charge for Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Select and Saturday Delivery shipments. We will pay the amount equal to the basic ground rate and you will be charged the difference for the Air Service upgrade.

This offer does not apply to International Shipments!

Return and Refund Policy

Extreme Lifestyle allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call or email to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7-10 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

Damaged Products

Extreme Lifestyle works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call us or email us to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. If you receive a damaged or defective product, save all packaging materials that arrived with your order then contact us no later than 72 hours after receiving such order.

Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement

By purchasing any item sold by Extreme Lifestyle, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Extreme Lifestyle and all persons and property associated with Extreme Lifestyle for all claims and or damage and injury resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, sale, misuse, carelessness, proper use or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws or regulations.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Extreme Lifestyle reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Extreme Lifestyle shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Extreme Lifestyle shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Extreme Lifestyle shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
